CPR For Community and Workplace teaches Adult,
Child and Infant CPR, along with first aid for Choking, and
education around Heart Attack and Stroke. There is also focus on
prevention, and the Chain of Survival.
This course also teaches application and use of
Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs) in life threatening
situations.
CPR For Community and Workplace is
a 4.5 hour course, designed to help in those minutes between
the onset of Sudden Caridac Arrest and the arrival of Emergency
Medical Services. Successful completion of this course will result
in a 2 year certification card being issued by the American
Safety and Health Institute (ASHI).
