Our MBTI offering is a half day
workshop, with prework that takes approximately 90 minutes, and
should be done 1 week in advance.

Interviewing and Hiring
We offer a one day class in
Candidate Identification, Selection and Onboarding. The primary
focus is on evaluating the application or resume, the candidate's
role in the process, and trying to weed out the stretches that most
candidates build into their application or resume. We spend a great
deal of time in creating interview questions that are meaningful,
and will give the best insight into a candidate's likely performance
on the job. Finally, we discuss the onboarding process, and how to
ensure that your new hire will feel welcomed on the job, and not be
immediately overwhelmed.

Communicating Effectively
The number one cause of nearly every problem
out there....is Communication. The simplest thing we do every day,
can be our greatest friend. Unfortunately, though, there are plenty
of managers out there who struggle to effectiely get their message
across, and the results are less than what was desired. This one
day class will discuss different types of communication, differing
styles of communication, and when certain methods or styles may
hinder the message. We offer a practical lab, where students
can bring in their real life situations, and practice how they will
communicate that exact message to their audience when they are
finished.

Delivering The Gift Of
Feedback
This half day workshop will help
individuals at all levels in an organization to become more
effective at delivering feedback, both "constructive" and
"complimentary". Focusing on specific actions and feelings, we
assist managers with developing the tools they need to be more
effective coaches, and with employees at any level with the
challenges faced when "coaching up".

Performance Evaluation
This one day workshop will give managers
additional tools to assess and document the performance of their
employees, using a non-biased system. The delivery of the review is
covered, along with how to handle "difficult situations", such as
delivering a review to an employee who is not meeting expectations.

This workshop is designed around how to
be an effective trainer, in a one-on-one training environment. We
focus on how to motivate new learners, how to deliver information
in an easy to understand way, and how to deliver your message in a
way that has a greater chance for success.

Level 2
This workshop is designed to help you to
conquer your fear of public speaking. Death is consistenly
ranked as the only thing most people fear more than Public Speaking.
Whether it's delivering a training program, or leading a team
meeting, if you want to have your message heard, you MUST attend
these sessions.
We give you several opportunities to present
in front of the group, and give several tips and techniques to help
you become a more effective presenter. We also let you "peek behind
the curtain" at what makes each of your facilitators successful in
the delivery of their programs. You will be videotaped making
presentations, and given instant feedback by your peers and your
facilitators.
Train The Trainer, Level 2 is a three day
workshop, and has a maximum class size of 12
participants.

This workshop covers advanced learning methodology,
learning styles, and how to work with another facilitator. We will
also help you to design your own training programs, and manage the
logistics of a program from planning to post-class.

class size of 12 participants.
Continuing Career
Skills Development
CCSD is a recurring series of
classes, customized for your organization. We will meet with you to
determine your target audience, and create a regular training
schedule to give your next level of promotes the tools they need to
'be ready', and existing managers and supervisors the tools they
need to thrive.
CCSD can be held weekly or monthly, and
typically includes instruction on Communication, Feedback,
Interviewing, EEO, Diversity, and more. We will also design pieces
around the culture of your organization, if you wish.
CCSD is typically
eight to ten half-day classes, offered weekly or monthly. Classes
are limited
to 24 participants, but multiple sessions can run concurrently. Participation
in each session is a MUST. Absences will drop
a student from the program, as each session
builds from learnings in the previous session. Tuition for CCSD will vary based
on the specific offerings. We can customize coursework for you.
